Contact and enquiries
When you contact NHCreators through our contact form, we process the information you provide, such as your name, e-mail address, company and message.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer, discuss a potential project and communicate with you in connection with our services.
The legal basis for this processing is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Cookies
Our website uses the cookies it needs in order to work and, only with your consent, Google Analytics cookies. There are no advertising cookies on this site.
One cookie remembers the language you chose, and it is set only when you change the language yourself. A second is set only for members of our team who sign in to the content management system behind the site; it is never set for a visitor.
Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site: which pages they view, how they found it and what devices they use. The Google script is loaded, and its cookies (_ga, _ga_*, kept for up to 2 years) are set, only after you click “Accept” in the consent bar. The legal basis is your consent. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the site footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
Website security
We process the limited technical information necessary to operate and secure our website, such as the address a request came from and the time it was made. Our hosting provider records it, and the contact form uses it to limit how many messages can be sent from one address in a minute.
The contact form is protected by a hidden field that automated senders fill in and people do not, and by Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps distinguish automated submissions from legitimate ones. No advertising scripts run on this website, and the analytics script runs only with your consent.
Who may receive your data
Your personal data may be processed by trusted service providers that support our website, hosting, e-mail and IT infrastructure where necessary to provide those services. A message sent through the contact form reaches us through such a provider.
If you consent to analytics cookies, data about how you use the site is also received by Google Ireland Limited as the provider of Google Analytics.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, discuss or provide our services, operate our website and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability or objection to processing.
Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office, UODO.
To exercise your rights, use the contact form linked above.
